IMEC commenced operations in 1977 and is now a second generation family owned business. IMEC began operating as an engineering workshop and agricultural machinery supplier based in Innisfail, North Queensland (where it remains based) but has over many years and in response to market needs and as a consequence of its continued success expanded its operations to now become a major force in the North Queensland construction industry where it offers services including:

• Earthmoving contracting
• Materials supply
• Plant hire
• Property Development

Michael and Tracey Buzolich the current owners have remained committed to preserving the core competencies and ethical practice that is synonymous with the IMEC long standing reputation in the North Queensland business community. Michael and Tracey however are ever conscious of changing client needs in our very competitive market place and therefore they are passionate in their efforts to keep IMEC to the forefront of embracing best practice and innovation in their desire to deliver the best commercial outcomes sought by its many clients.
